ABOUT US

"Partnertship In Housing strives to engage our communty to make this truely a dynamic part of Bonita Springs.  One way we have done this is to partner with the Boys and Girls Club of Lee County who operates a dedicated Club within Pueblo Bonito"

We Are a Partnership

Partnership In Housing, Inc. is a 501c3 not for profit corporation in Bonita Springs, Florida and the owner/operator of Pueblo Bonito.

For the past 14 years, PIH has provided a model farmworker, low income rental community. Currently, 130 families call Pueblo Bonito home. This includes about 650 residents and 400 children.

All resident families are low or very low income. Approximately 70% are farm worker families. Our rental rates are consistently below the HUD maximum rental guidelines and our community provides many additional opportunities for
education, recreation, health and wellness in a healthy, nurturing environment.

It is our goal to help create and nurture a genuine sense of community as witnessed by the overwhelming participation by all age groups at community events.

In addition to safe, quality affordable housing, Pueblo Bonito residents are offered services and opportunities which would be difficult for them to access including:

  • two community facilities for meetings and education

  • childrens' recreational space

  • volley ball and basketball courts

  • after school programs provided by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Lee County

  • medical/health screenings and education

  • English and general literacy classes

  • financial and legal education/counseling

  • home ownership counseling

  • computer skills classes and facilities for children to do school work

  • food and clothing distibution as able

  • festivals for children and their families
